| Description: | PCS-CTS is currently seeking motivated candidates for LCD Engineering positions in Houston, Texas. Our company is a privately held After Sales Support company specializing in notebook repair. |
| Duties: | Responsibilities:
1.Support and engineer activities related to the services sector for the introduction of new LCD products.
2.Document LCD processes and BOM,s for new products
3.Manage new product introduction cycle times to agreed goals
4.Interface with customer and ODM product groups on technical issues
5.Manage the Development for characterization and control of processes associated with new product introductions
6.Analyze and develop action plans to resolve new product issues
7.Provide documented written work instructions for operations to ensure repeatability and reproducibility – which includes Flow Charts, Control Charts, Manufacturing Process Instructions (MPIs),
8.Perform detailed failure analysis for new products
9.Support training for new products/processes
10.Identify and manage process/product improvement projects to the agreed goals

| Qualifications: | Requirements:
1.Assoc EE Degree with minimum of 5 years experience or
2.3 years experience in the LCD display industry with BS EE Degree
3.Knowledge of electronic theory for LCD display technology
4.Excellent ability to troubleshoot problems to component level
5.Good project management skills
6.Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
7.Understanding engineering drawings and specifications.
8.Computer skills: MS Office (minimum Excel, Word, PowerPoint), MS VISIO, and MS Project
9.Data analysis capability, experience with MiniTab a plus
10.Good Technical writing ability.
Other qualities desired:
1.Electronics failure analysis experience.
2.Experience with manufacturing techniques, process development, statistical process control, Six Sigma, Kaizen and Lean tools.
Candidate should be a self-motivated and fast-paced individual with good communication skills.
