| Description: | Computer Technology Solutions is an international, third party logistics provider and laptop repair facility for fortune 500 companies such as Dell, Apple, and HP.
We are currently seeking sharp, ambitious individuals to take on the role of our MLB Technician. |
| Duties: | Duties include:
- Failure Analysis and documentation
- Install test image programs and batch files on the test HDD supplied to repair lines.
- Debug & validate customer supplied & CTS test programs.
- Set-up the final test program with the floor server
- BIOS Re-flashing
- Document Motherboard processes
- Responsible for maintaining the test server that supports the repair lines
- New product introduction cycle times agreed goals
- Support training for new products/processes
- Identify and manage process/product improvement projects to the agreed goals

| Qualifications: | Qualifications Include:
- Assoc EE degree with minimum of 5 years experience or 3 years experience in the Motherboard industry with BS EE degree
- Knowledge of electronic theory for Motherboard technology
- Ability to troubleshoot problems to component level
- Good project management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required
- Understanding engineering drawings and specifications
- Computer skills: MS Office (minimum Excel, Word, PowerPoint), MS VISIO, and MS Project
- Data analysis capability
- Good technical writing ability. |
