| Description: | Position is responsible for repairing units by testing, diagnosing problems and/or replacing parts.

| Duties: | Job Function
1.) Test assigned units to corroborate customer’s reported problem
2.) Replace damaged parts
3.) Run tests to check units for functionality
4.) Collect, record and file test results
5.) Identify cosmetic defects
6.) Communicate discrepancies to technician
7.) Other projects as assigned

| Qualifications: | Position Requirements:
1.) Knowledge of computer hardware.
2.) Data entry experience
3.) Must have written and verbal English communication skills.
4.) Assembly experience preferred.
5.) High school diploma or equivalent.
