| Description: | Peripheral Computer Support, Inc. - Computer Technology Solutions, LP (PCS-CTS) is a privately held After Sales Support company providing services to a range of Fortune 500 companies. We are currently seeking motivated candidates to serve as a rework operator.
This position is responsible for repairing units by testing, repairing and/or replacing parts.

| Duties: | DUTIES INCLUDE:
* Test assigned units to corroborate customer's reported problem.
* Replace damaged parts
* Run tests to check units for functionality
* Collect, record and file test results
* Identify cosmetic defects
* Communicate discrepancies to technician
* Other projects as assigned |
| Qualifications: | REQUIREMENTS:
* No education requirements
* Experience in assembly preferred, but not required
* Data entry experience preferred
* Knowledge of computer hardware and terminology preferred
* Ability to communicate with others
* Must be able to read English
* Ability to work in a fast paced environment (20-30 units per day)
