| Description: | Qualifications and Duties:
• Must have 2 years experience troubleshooting network issues (switches, servers, etc.)
• Must have experience with Windows Server 2003 and/or 2008
• Must have experience with cabling and cable management
• Preferred experience with Batch scripting
• Preferred experience with Ghost software
• Must have the ability to multi task and relentless attention to detail
• Must be self-driven, self-starter, detail-orientated and able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
• Must have network or equivalent experience education
Additional Duties:
• Analyze errors in software and narrow down or determine root cause (OJT)
• Write detailed reports concerning the errors analyzed
• Setup and maintain networks and their clients
• Training and supervision of new Engineering Techs
