| Description: | PCS-CTS is searching for a talented and self-driven Engineering Technician to support our laptop repair line technicians by troubleshooting software and network issues.

| Duties: | POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Identifying the reported problem/error with the equipment as stated by the customer
* Diagnosing and repairing Laptop PC’s to board level with or without problem notification
* May install, replace, maintain and repair various types of computer systems components, peripherals and related equipment effectively and efficiently
* Multi-tasking involved
* Attention to detail and working under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
* Perform other duties as assigned.

| Qualifications: | * At least 2 years of experience in notebook diagnostic/repair
* Experience in manual testing
* Experience troubleshooting software issues related to notebooks
* Experience troubleshooting network issues - Switches & Servers, etc.
* Experience working on DHCP server
* Experience with Batch scripting
* Experience working with and installing Windows OS and drivers
PREFERRED:
* Experience with Ghost software
