We are currently seeking sharp, ambitious individuals to take on the role of BGA (Ball Grid Array) Soldering Operator for our Dell business group. This is a great opportunity for those just beginning their career or recent college grads!

| Duties: | * Removal and or replacement of BGA chips by using PDR machine according to the profile given.
* Reading and comprehension of the documentation presented
* Soldering of small parts on PCB's and SMT's
* Removal of residue with flux and clean
* Apply loctite surrounding chip pad area as per specified
* Input data and pack them for shipping

| Qualifications: | Candidates must be able to speak and understand English.
Min 1-2 years experience preferred.
