We are currently seeking sharp, ambitious individuals to take on the role of International Shipping Auditor for our Dell business group. The purpose of this position is to audit international shipments for regulation compliance through the inspection of both products and documentation. This is a great opportunity for those just beginning their career or recent college grads!

| Duties: | Performing visual inspections on laptops
Provide samples and communication to Dell Program Manager concerning quality issues when required for motherboards, LCD, and plastic parts.
Database maintenance
Symptom failure reporting
Upload failure analysis on MS Access/Excel for record keeping to be published weekly.
Insuring and auditing shipping documentation going to Brazil and Argentina to ensure everything is in compliance.

| Qualifications: | Must be familiar with laptop components
Microsoft Office and Outlook Proficient
Real Time inventory system experience is a plus
Able to lift 10 pounds
Read/Write English
