| Description: | We are searching for a candidate with excellent observation and auditing skills to be a team player in our Quality department.

| Duties: | Job Function
1.) Collect units from line after they have been cleaned before they are shipped out.
2.) Ensure that all functionality issues reported by the customer on the traveler match up with what has been repaired.
3.) Check to see that the unit has not sustained any damage during the repair process.
4.) Check the serial number on the box to ensure shipping address matches the box and the traveler.
5.) Inspect packaging to make certain it is secure and that the box is in good condition.
6.) Match up customer accessories with the right computer
7.) Ensure all items the customer sent in are together in the package when it is returned.
8.) Use leadership ability to ensure line quality through encouragement to others regarding following company rules and procedure such as reminding co-workers to wear smocks while on the line, etc.
9.) Consult support and then engineers when there is a failure that has not been addressed.

| Qualifications: | General Requirements:
1. Must be able to work with minimal supervision. 2. Must be able to follow detailed instructions precisely.
3. Have working knowledge of OS software, both Windows and Mac.
4. Must be able to use a computer proficiently.
5. Minimum high school education.
6. Prefer someone with prior QA experience, preferably as an auditor in a contract manufacturing environment for electronic component assemblies and sub-assemblies.
7. Must have excellent visual acuity and good hearing
8. Must be able to read and write English and follow instructions written in English.
9. When an issue is found must have good follow up skills to ensure problem is corrected.
10. Able to lift up to 20lbs. |
